University of Louisville is a state supported research university located in Kentucky's largest metropolitan area. University of Louisville Cardinals Basketball
Eleven games on national TV, appearances in the Colonial Classic in Freedom Hall, and the Cardinals' initial season in the BIG EAST highlight the 2005-06 University of Louisville Men's Basketball schedule. With seven lettermen returning from last year's NCAA Final Four that posted a 33-5 record and won the Conference USA championship, the Cardinals face their first of 21 home games in Freedom Hall with a Nov. 19 opener.
